We were so impressed with the 5-Pillar system, that we introduced them to our network to do the same

Generating 30 million in revenue on a 4.5 x valuation, our sales were flat and had been for some time. I found a way, without spending very much on marketing at all, to grow the value to over 1 billion, delivering a plan of 18 successive quarters of phenomenal growth with a system called the 8P’s system and a whole lot of focus.

A4U scaled our APAC Pac Business from Zero to $30M in revenue in 18 months. What was impressive is that they had no marketing budget or route to market. This was one of my early scale up and exit projects. Appointed by the receivers, I separated a hardware business from a software business and built the software business from loss to profit and then sold it to Microsoft for $18M

We built a platform to generate leads on the internet that you would sell to mortgage brokers insurance companies Automotive companies, and Banks and sold it to Google for $26M

This was a business losing money in Europe and barely breaking even in the US, at first task was to decide on who we felt the ideal acquire it would be, with that decided I said about building the Europe and Asia business to outperform the US business with a combined revenue for 30 million dollars which led to a sale 140 million over 3 years
$19M Acquisition | MBO
Engineering business that we helped grow from 750k to 3 million in EBITDA over three years and exited for 19.8M
Startup To Sale | $57M
Sometimes a trade buyer for a company isn’t about your current Revenue but the revenue that you’ll drive for their business strategically, which is how we set about courting some Microsystems to acquire JCP for 57 million, building a strategic platform that was storage hungry and processor heavy, which sold a lot of CPU Server power, which drove a high ticket sale for our business that at the time was doing $8M in sales
Turnaround| $262M Acquisition
Leading corporate European growth to $50M, we sold the business for $262 million. My role here was more focused on the revenue build-out, which was rapid and helped push the FOMO for this Acquisition
